By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you: • Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age; • Are purchasing on behalf of yourself as a qualified researcher or an authorized research institution or business; • Will use the products solely for lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes; and • Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Nomad Aminos LLC reserves the right to request additional verification and may deny or cancel any account or order that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Products sold by Nomad Aminos LLC may not be used, distributed, marketed, or resold for: • Human or animal consumption; • Medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic applications; • Clinical use or patient administration; • Any unlawful purpose. Resale or distribution to retail consumers or prohibited businesses including pharmacies, medical spas, TRT clinics, weight-loss clinics, fitness facilities, or similar establishments is strictly prohibited.
Access to product listings and purchasing privileges is limited to approved account holders. Guest checkout, express checkout, one-click purchasing, and similar purchasing methods are not available. We reserve the right to suspend, reject, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Every order is subject to review before shipment. Nomad Aminos LLC reserves the right to delay, decline, or cancel any order if purchaser information cannot be verified, appears inaccurate, or raises compliance concerns.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us in writing. Once an order has shipped, refunds or replacements will only be considered for: • Shipping errors made by Nomad Aminos LLC; • Verified manufacturing defects; or • Products damaged during transit when properly documented. Customers agree to contact Nomad Aminos LLC before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nomad Aminos LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from your purchase, possession, use, misuse, resale, or distribution of our products, or from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Submitting an account registration or completing a purchase electronically constitutes your legal acceptance of these Terms and carries the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. Product listings are invitations to purchase and do not constitute an offer that must be accepted. Nomad Aminos LLC reserves the right to: • Correct pricing or typographical errors; • Modify product descriptions; • Limit quantities purchased; • Refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason. If an order is cancelled before shipment, any authorized payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Purchasers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or governmental assessments associated with their purchase. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
