How we process, ship, and deliver research peptides throughout the United States.
This Shipping Policy explains how Nomad Aminos LLC processes, verifies, and ships orders for research-use-only products. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of successful payment and purchaser verification. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume or verification requirements.
Nomad Aminos LLC currently ships within the United States, including Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to freight forwarding services. We also reserve the right to decline shipments to locations that cannot be verified or do not meet our compliance standards.
Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout for signed-in research accounts. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and should be considered approximate. Expedited shipping may be available for qualifying orders but cannot be guaranteed.
To maintain compliance with our Research Use Only (RUO) policies, all orders may be reviewed before shipment. Nomad Aminos LLC reserves the right to request additional information, delay shipment, refuse service, or cancel any order that cannot be verified or appears inconsistent with our policies.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website after the shipping label has been scanned.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. After shipment, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package:
please contact us within 7 days of the issue by emailing orders@nomadaminos.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the package and product whenever possible. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Orders returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee. If reshipment is requested, the purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address changes requested after an order has entered processing or after a shipping label has been created may not be possible and could result in additional carrier fees. Nomad Aminos LLC is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser.
Nomad Aminos LLC supplies products exclusively for lawful laboratory research purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be intended for prohibited uses or that cannot be verified as consistent with our Research Use Only policies. For privacy and security, orders are shipped in discreet packaging whenever reasonably possible.
